a. Copy of contract to sell (CTS) or
b. Reservation Agreement (RA) or
c. Latest Statement of Account (SOA) or
d. Latest Payment Ledger
- Income Documents (For OFWs/Immigrants/Foreigners)
a. Copy of latest Certificate of Employment
b. Copy of at least 3 months latest proof of remittances or payslips or allotment slips
c. Copy of at least 3 months latest bank statements
